Description : Warrnambool has a motivated and dedicated committee who have been innovative in their plans to attract more riders to their event.
2011 will feature the inaugural Western District Pre-Novice Aggregate worth $1000 plus a rug. This will be awarded on an aggregate points basis for Pre-Novice results at Warrnambool and Camperdown Horse Trials in April/
Winner: $400 and rug, Second $300, Third $200, Fourth $100
Tips :Camping is not permitted on the pc grounds. so you have to camp at the showgrounds which are a short trip away.

Pre-novice, Prelim and Intro
The cross country course is quite a tight and windy track, with a part of it on the side of a hill- so horses need to be moderately fit.There's a double of fairly large scary looking brushes, that ride well.
In 2009 there was no water fence although I think they're planning on building one for 2010.
There were some steps off a narrow track on a sharp turn that caught some victims out.
On the whole, a good course!
